Business casual is tricky!
This look is basically:
A funky but 'formal colored' crop tee,
Comfy but fitted bodycon skirt,
(It could be a horizontal pintuck pleated skirt too)
Grab a (contrast color) fine gauge cardigan over it,
& Finish it with lace-up boots!

If you wear black and white keep the cardigan grey.
If it's a red (warm tones) skirt keep the crop tee beige.
If it's a blue (cool tones) skirt keep the crop tee light gray.
If you're going to mix and match,
choose the "easy-on-the-eyes" colors.
Meaning either keep it neutral or vivid.
Yellow cardigan, red crop tee and blue skirt is ok.
Just keep the boots & hosiery black!!!
Ivory cardigan, beige crop tee and pearl rose skirt is ok.
Just keep the boots camel and the hosiery muted (ivory, beige, etc match it).

I woke up today thinking of a fine cropped jacket.
Springtime is incomplete without a leather jacket.
Result-> I adore the Helmut Lang label!!!
These two jackets (tailored-relaxed) are great for Spring.
It is edgy, fresh and so chic.
These two jackets are perfect for:
-a day at work,
-an evening at SoHo,
-a Sunday afternoon.
Other than the jackets the dresses are pretty too.
The drapes give you a dressed up look.
